Job Description

In this role, you will:Develop and successfully execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed growth and revenue goals for your industry;Identify opportunities in the market by creating and targeting a list of key potential clients, matching our products to the clients needs;Understand the media agency landscape and who the decision makers are, building strong reasoning for why they should advertise on dubizzle/Bayut.;Drive high levels of sales activity to build a strong pipeline and portfolio of clients across all stages of the sales cycle (source, pitch, negotiate, convert, onboard and rebook);Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge on both the dubizzle and Bayut advertising products but also market trends, becoming a market expert in your field;Consistently deliver for your advertisers by creating well-structured and thorough media plans/proposal slides which fit the client’s needs;Actively manage each campaign, improve performance where possible and analyse performance, guiding the client on the next steps;Provide solid weekly/monthly revenue forecasts to management which are accurate.RequirementsMarketing or Advertising related higher qualifications preferred.Minimum 4 years in an advertising sales position, with 2 years in online media;Minimum 2 years of sales experience in real estate;Experience in Salesforce/Google Ad Manager is a plus.Deep understanding of digital advertising preferred (SEM, PPC, Banner ads, Programmatic advertising).Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel, Google Slides &sheets needed;Strong communication and negotiation skills.Driven individual who will go above and beyond.A high level of sales activity is expected so a high work rate is needed.BenefitsA fast paced, high performing team.Multicultural environment with over 45 different nationalitiesCompetitive Tax-free SalaryComprehensive Health insuranceAnnual Air Ticket AllowanceEmployee discounts at multiple vendors across the emiratesRewards & RecognitionsLearning & Development
