We’re on the hunt for a sharp-eyed Income Auditor-someone who can translate revenue data into clear insights and help keep our financial heartbeat steady.The ideal candidate must have their own car for site visits and inter-branch audits.Responsibilities:– Conduct daily audits of revenue transactions across all outlets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.– Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies and investigate variances in income related accounts.– Reviewing Budget and pre system figures for MTD/last Year previous month and current month– Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly financial reports for management review.– Reconcile income accounts and verify the accuracy of cash receipts, credit card transactions and the other payment methods.– Preparation and Monitoring Credit card Refund Control report and bank report and submitting it to respective outlets.– Collaborate with various outlets to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions.– Assist in development and implementation of internal controls to prevent fraud and errors.– Stay up-to date with the accounting standards, tax regulations and industry practices.– Reconciliation of service charge and Municipality Fees break down.– Participate in month-end closing procedures and support external audits as needed.– Maintaining City ledger accounts (Debits and Credits).– Checking deposit Amount for Events and advance bookings through BEO.– Own car required for site visits andinter-branch audits.NOTE: Only candidates who balance the books-andbring the spark will be contacted.
