The primary focus of an Inbound Engagement Specialist (IES) at Oracle is to manage prospects and customers inquiries into the Oracle Global Industry Units (GIUs). The mission is to provide rapid response and a superior customer experience. The IES connects over the product inquiry channel with the goal of identifying specific business needs and pains and connecting prospects & customers with relevant sales resources within Oracle GIUs. As an IES, you will act as the first contact for many prospects who are interested in starting sales cycles for industry specific solution. An IES qualifies prospects and produces quality leads & opportunities for the GIU Field Sales Teams, contributing to pipeline generation.Languages: Business Level Arabic & English is required, French will be useful.All new hires in this organisation (internal or external) must be in their designated and assigned hub (Dubai), working in-office 5 days per week during their first 6 months of onboarding and ramp up period.Career Level - IC2ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do:Connect with inbound client inquiries to generate 5-Star leads that convert to revenue.Grow industry market share through new logo and existing client revenue generation.Be an all-star team player that brings their best to work every day and displays teamwork by sharing best practices, collaborating, and working with colleagues on a global scale.Qualify all inbound leads, ensuring timely customer engagement.Connect with prospects through a variety of inbound multi-channels, including phone, email, and chat.Uncover & qualify customer needs by understanding business challenges.Closely monitor inbound leads from various channels and ensure efficient response, follow-up, and conversion.Align closely with the GIU sales team members to progress opportunities.Demonstrate excellent customer service skills & effective collaboration with internal various departments.What you will bring:You have a bachelor?s degree.In lieu of a Bachelor?s Degree, you have at minimum 5 years of relative work experience working in an outbound sales/business development role and/or Industry domain experience.You have 2+ years? experience in sales and/or a business development outbound prospecting role.Software and technology experience is not required.Industry domain and inbound experience preferred.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
