About this opportunity!We are now looking for IN Operation Support Engineer/pay mobile Engineer. The candidate must have worked in a managed service environment. With hands on experience on Solaris, Linux, Databases.What you will do

  • Daily routine maintenance and operations of all IN / UCBS / Pay mobile / UIP servers
  • Configuration of tariff on UCBS and Oracle IN
  • Implementation of Change Requests as per business requirements
  • Adding, modifying, deleting, monitoring sigtran links with core network
  • Vouchers creation, activation, deletion on Paymobile
  • Pending vouchers reconciliation
  • Daily health checks resolution
  • Customers complain resolution via HPSM
  • Assessment of changes and finding out the impact on production
  • Patch installation / Upgrades of OS, Application, DB
  • Services definition and call plans modification
  • Statistics collection and analysis
  • Opening support SRs with eServ and following up on regular basis
You will bring
  • Education: Bachelor?s degree in Telecommunications/Electrical/IT Engineering
  • 5+ years of pay mobile / IN (Charging and Re-charging elements) experience as second line Support & Maintenance role
  • eServ pay mobile 2.0+ Level2 hands on experience is must
  • Huawei UCBS5.5 hands on knowledge and experience
  • Must know all the nodes involved in pay mobile recharge flow
  • Solaris, Linux knowledge and able to write shell scripts for automation of routine daily tasks
  • Oracle Data Appliance knowledge is mandatory
  • Database knowledge specially Oracle DB, SQLs, stored procedures, views, db jobs, etc
  • Oracle IN experience and working knowledge
  • Troubleshooting knowledge for OS, application, platform, service, DB issues
  • Shell scripting, perl scripting, writing DB stored procedures
  • Protocols:CAMEL, MAP, TCP, UDP, SMPP, TCAP XML, SNMP, SOAP, DIAMETER, Sy, Gy.

  • Must be hard working with positive attitude and willing to work in shifts, over the weekends and festivals
