Job descriptionCharterhouse is looking to hire a talented Recruiter to specialise in permanent/contract recruitment, to work on-site for one of our clients. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, goal-orientated recruiter that is able to work to tight deadlines and with high volumes of recruitment.About the roleThe successful Recruiter should have the ability to connect with people at all levels and build professional working relationships with candidates, recruitment agencies, stakeholders and colleagues. You will be heavily involved in working with candidates primarily from offer stage, liaising with agency suppliers, ensuring HR support is provided to ensure the candidate journey is exceptional. Having strong attention to detail, excellent IT skills and the ability to work in a team are key for this role.About youTo be considered for this role, you will ideally be Degree educated, have strong computer skills. You should have the desire to develop your business acumen skills and be someone that has tenacity and resilience. You will also have strong communications skills both verbal and written in English. Due to this role being urgent, our client will give preference for candidates who are Immediately available.
