Oman International Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Nurse to provide critical care nursing to patients with life-threatening conditions. The ICU Nurse will monitor patient status, administer treatments, and collaborate closely with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and assess critically ill patients’ vital signs and overall condition continuouslyAdminister medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments as prescribedManage life-support equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitorsRespond promptly to changes in patient conditions and escalate concerns to physiciansMaintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentationEducate patients and their families on care plans and post-ICU recoveryFollow hospital protocols on infection control and patient safetyCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plansQualifications & Experience:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalentValid nursing license to practice in OmanMinimum 3 - 5 years experience in ICU or critical care nursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferredStrong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
