Key Responsibilities:Conduct routine inspections of facilities, production areas, and equipment to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.Develop, implement, and monitor hygiene and quality control procedures aligned with local and international standards.Train staff on proper hygiene practices and quality protocols.Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.Collaborate with management to improve quality assurance processes.Stay updated on latest food safety regulations and industry best practices.Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for hygiene-related issues.Key Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in food safety, hygiene, or quality assurance roles.Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and other international standards.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Excellent communication and training abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
