Mandatory Requirements:– Must be in currently in UAE– Immediate joiner is strongly preferred– Minimum 2 years of experience in food safety/hygiene roles, in Dubai/UAE F&B or hospitality industry (STRICTLY REQUIRED)– Food Safety Certification (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, or Dubai Municipality Food Safety Training)– Experience working with Dubai Municipality (DM) standards and audits is often required.– In-depth knowledge of UAE food safety regulations and Dubai Municipality guidelines.– Strong understanding of HACCP principles, foodborne illness prevention, pest control, and sanitation practices.– Ability to conduct inspections, monitor hygiene practices, and train staff
