As a Hygiene & Food Safety Executive, you will work with your team to ensure the smooth operations of the Stewarding, Kitchen and F&B departments.What is in it for you:? Responsible for ensuring the hotel?s HACCP certificates and related required documents are maintained, and safe food practices are upheld according to the municipality regulations.? Assist in establishing cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are in optimal, clean condition and communicate to all concerned departments any changes and updates on the hotels food safety system and policies.? Provide assistance to the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine on all administrative related functions of the Kitchen department? Maintain accountability of all hygiene related operating equipment and FF&EYour experience and skills include:? Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting? Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for serviceYour team and working environment:?
