HVAC TechnicianJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Maintain and repair chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and heating, ventilation, cooling units for both commercial and industrial customers.?Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.?Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturers recommendations, and effectively explain to the customer the solutions.?High-level attention to detail in documenting work performed.?Communicate to dispatch, parts procurement, supervisors, and managers, as needed, to keep the company and customers informed about work progressions.?Be available to work limited nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs.?Participate in OEM and company-provided training opportunities on the latest industry technologies.Job Details :?10+ years experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance diverse HVAC Chiller service issues preferred?High school diploma or equivalent?Good analytical skills and attention to detail?Associates degree or equivalent from an HVAC trade school or (5) years of related experience?Basic computer skills?Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations?Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure the job is done correctly the first time?Well-groomed, neat appearance?Valid drivers license and clean driving record
