HVAC Service Sales EngineerJob Location: United Arab EmiratesCandidate is responsible for promoting and selling HVAC Services to customers including, but not limited to, services, repairs, overhauling, annual maintenance contracts, replacements and retrofits. The incumbent will leverage their knowledge of HVAC systems and components to provide customers with accurate information, technical support, and service solution recommendations. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to identify their needs, provide solutions, and close sales.Key Responsibilities:?Establish and maintain relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities?Promote and sell HVAC services and components to customers, including end users, FM companies, and contractors with customer profile including Hotels, hospitals, Malls, Commercial & Residential buildings, individual villas etc.?Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers to ensure customer satisfaction?Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services?Manage and update customer records, including service sales activities, opportunities, and contact information?Provide accurate forecasting of service sales and develop strategies to achieve targets?Identify and report on customer feedback, including complaints, requests, and trends?Develop and maintain knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry trendsQualifications:?Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or any related field?1-3 years of experience in HVAC service sales.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills?Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components?Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously?Valid UAE driving licenseApplication Question(s):?Provide a brief on your knowledge of HVAC Service Market?Provide a brief on your knowledge of products and services that are offered related to HVAC Service business?What strategy would you apply in the position of ?Service Sales? in providing solutions and services to customers that would result in sales for the company?How do you feel your previous experience may contribute and facilitate you in this role And if NO, then how would you proceed in overcoming obstacles of lack of service business experience?What is the current salary What is the expectation?Availability to join the company.Education:?Bachelor?s (Required)Experience:?HVAC SERVICE SALES: 2 years (Required)License/Certification:?UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)
