Qualifications & Requirements:Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman or similar supervisory roleWMS (Work Management System) Certification is mandatoryTechnical diploma or trade certificate in HVAC or related fieldStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, and troubleshootingSupervisory and team leadership skillsAbility to read technical drawings and specificationsGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a dynamic environmentResponsibilities:Oversee HVAC installation, servicing, and maintenance activitiesEnsure safety procedures are followed and uphold safety standardsAssign tasks to technicians and monitor their performanceCoordinate with other construction trades and project team membersEnsure timely availability of materials and toolsMaintain work documentation and progress reportsConduct safety meetings and enforce safety regulations
