We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and develop policies that attract, retain, and support our talented workforce. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions, ensure compliance with employment laws, and foster a positive organizational culture.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards.Administer compensation and benefits programs.Develop training and development initiatives.Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts.Lead and mentor the HR team.Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce metrics.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
