Human Resources ExecutiveJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Act as the main point of contact for employee queries, providing end-to-end HR solutions to resolve issues and fostering strong employee relations.•Ensure legal compliance by managing and implementing HR requirements for the UAE, with potential scope to extend responsibilities across METAP countries.•Localize and enhance HR policies as needed, ensuring they meet local requirements.•Support key HR processes such as onboarding, orientation for new hires, relocation, immigration, terminations, job status changes, personal data updates, internal transfers, leave management, and benefits operations. Ensure accurate documentation and employee file management in compliance with legislation.•Contribute to team initiatives focused on continuous improvement and process optimization.•Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.•Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities.•Conduct screening interviews and manage the interview process.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.•Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities.•Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting processes.
