Job Description

  • Ensure that all employee job assessment is conducted on a timely manner. A follow-up should be made until the assessment is closed for the year.
  • Monitor the probationary status and confirmation of employees.
  • Ensure that the necessary documents to initiate approvals of the salary increments are in place.
  • Responsible in preparing all the necessary documentation reference to promotion and ensuring that all promotions given to employees are aligned to the company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible in ensuring that all queries of employee in relation to human capital, policies, procedures, laws of the land, etc. are addressed and actioned accordingly.
  • Handle request for benefits changes in an employee, and ensuring that all documentation related to benefits adjustments are in place and prepared properly.
  • Responsible in handling employee transfers of all kinds, and ensures that all documentation, coordination, approvals are done properly as per company policies and procedures.
  • Handles all the turnover of employee procedures.
  • Maintain all forms relating to Human Capital and as employee request, be able to provide accordingly.
  • Conduct New Employee Orientation, New Hire Survey, Get Closer and Site Visit Activities
