Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fieldADNOC Approved HSSE Certification / LicenseExtensive experience in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) management within the oil & gas, construction, or industrial sectorsStrong knowledge of ADNOC HSSE standards, policies, and proceduresProven leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication, risk assessment, and incident investigation skillsAbility to join immediatelyKey Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor HSSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with ADNOC standardsLead HSSE risk assessments and ensure effective control measures are in placeConduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety drills to ensure compliance with safety regulationsPromote a safety culture across the organization through training, awareness, and engagement programsInvestigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; analyze root causes and recommend corrective actionsEnsure compliance with local and international HSSE laws and ADNOC requirementsCoordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure HSSE standards are maintainedPrepare HSSE reports and metrics for management reviewOversee emergency preparedness and response planning
