Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or any related fieldNEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)Additional HSE certifications (IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001, etc.) are an advantageExperience:Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or industrial sectors/ Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental policies in accordance with company and regulatory standardsConduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety auditsIdentify potential hazards and ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken promptlyDeliver safety training and toolbox talks for staff and subcontractorsMaintain accident, incident, and near-miss reports; ensure proper investigation and documentationPromote a culture of safety awareness and compliance across all departmentsLiaise with management, contractors, and local authorities regarding HSE compliance mattersEnsure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and adherence to safety proceduresPrepare and submit HSE performance reports and documentation for auditsRequirements:NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HSE rolesCurrently residing in the GCC with the ability to join immediately preferred
