Responsibilities:Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures on-site.Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for personnel.Perform regular safety inspections and audits of the site.Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company safety standards.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and follow-up actions.Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills.Promote safety culture among workers and team members.Requirements:Relevant diploma or degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in health and safety in construction or industrial projects.Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent preferred.Good knowledge of local safety regulations and standards.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Immediate availability is highly desirable.
