We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to ensure the safety, health, and environmental compliance of our operations. The ideal candidate will implement safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and promote a safety-conscious culture across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and company standards.Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of workplace facilities, equipment, and processes.Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to prevent accidents and incidents.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.Coordinate and facilitate safety training sessions and awareness programs for employees.Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation.Maintain records of safety inspections, incident reports, and safety training activities.Liaise with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.Promote a safety culture among all employees and contractors.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.Proven experience in HSE management, preferably in [industry, e.g., construction, oil & gas, manufacturing].Strong knowledge of local HSE laws and regulations.Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
