Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures in accordance with UAE safety regulations.Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.Organize safety training sessions and toolbox talks for staff.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.Coordinate with site management and subcontractors to enforce safety standards.Promote awareness of safety best practices among all personnel.Stay updated with local safety laws and industry standards.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in UAE.Relevant safety certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) preferred.Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
