Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on oil & gas projects, particularly ADNOC standards. Promote safety culture and conduct site inspections to prevent accidents.Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor HSE policies aligned with ADNOC and industry standards.Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and site inspections.Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for staff.Maintain HSE documentation and reports.Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas HSE roles, with ADNOC project experience preferred.Relevant HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA).Strong knowledge of ADNOC safety standards.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
