HSE OfficerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.•Develop, implement, and maintain HSE procedures and programs in accordance with industry best practices.•Investigate incidents and accidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.•Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employees and contractors.•Monitor HSE performance indicators and prepare reports for management.•Participate in emergency response planning and drills.•Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulations.•Collaborate with other departments to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of operations.•Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation.Requirements:•NEBOSH IGC Certification (Mandatory)•3-5 years of experience in HSE within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Plant industries.•Mandatory: Proven experience working in the Gulf region.•Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
