Key Responsibilities:Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures in compliance with ADNOC and UAE regulationsConduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are takenMonitor and ensure safety compliance among all site personnel, subcontractors, and visitorsPrepare HSE documentation, reports, and risk assessmentsConduct HSE inductions, training sessions, and toolbox talks for workersInvestigate accidents/incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actionsPromote a proactive safety culture among all project staffRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of HSE experience on ADNOC projects – MandatoryNEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certificationIn-depth knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and ADNOC standardsStrong communication, organizational, and reporting skillsMust be currently residing in the UAE with valid documentation
