HSE OfficerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Ensure employees receive proper safety training and are aware of potential hazards in their work environment.?Conduct regular inspections of work sites to verify compliance with safety regulations.?Inform workers of potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.?Analyze accidents to identify causes and contributing factors, and provide recommendations for improvement.?Prepare detailed reports on accident investigations and conclusions to inform future safety measures.?Monitor compliance with safety regulations and provide training on safe work practices to employees.?Collect data on workplace injuries or illnesses to identify potential hazards or patterns of unsafe behavior.?Compile statistical data and prepare reports on HSE performance for management review.?Support the development and implementation of HSE objectives and targets.Requirements:?Degree/Diploma in a relevant field, with a NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).?Minimum 3-4 years of experience working on Road & Infra Projects.
