HSE OfficerJob Location : UAEQualifications and Experience:•Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field•Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE and with construction, road and infrastructure projects•Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•Ability to work independently and as part of a team•Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE software•NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification is preferredKey Responsibilities:•Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with local and international regulations•Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions•Investigate incidents and accidents, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for prevention•Conduct training and awareness sessions on HSE topics for employees and contractors•Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs and make necessary improvements•Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to health, safety, and environment•Maintain and update HSE records and documentation•Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to test their effectiveness•Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HSE and make recommendations for their implementation
