HSE OfficerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all sites and projects.•Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and industry standards.•Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors to promote safe work practices.•Monitor and track HSE performance metrics, preparing reports on compliance, incidents, and improvement actions.•Investigate accidents, near misses, and safety incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.•Ensure all workers have the necessary PPE and follow safety guidelines.•Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and address any concerns.•Develop and maintain emergency response plans and coordinate safety drills to ensure preparedness.•Assist in the preparation of site-specific safety plans and ensure they are adhered to by all personnel.Key Requirements:•Minimum of 5 years of HSE experience within the UAE, preferably in real estate services or construction.•OSHAD certification is highly preferred.•Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and industry standards.•Proven ability to identify safety hazards and enforce corrective actions.•Excellent communication and organizational skills.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring safety protocols are consistently followed.
