Description:We are looking for a Site HSE Officer / Engineer with the Engineering Degree / Diploma in health & safety with NEBOSH (minimum). . Environmental awareness program CPD certified . COSHH-control of substance hazardous to health (CPD Certified). RISK Assessment (CPD Certified). ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.. Knowledge of level 1 first aider, Tool box talks, SOP trainings, HSE induction. Computer skill outlook, MS Word, Excel. and PPT.Experience & Competency Requirement: . Good communication skills and HSE Management.. Risk Analysis & risk management, Injury/Accident prevention & protection on the job site.. Behaviors Based Safety management, Incident analysis & investigation.. Proactive /Reactive safety management, H2S & Breathing apparatus. . Incident accident investigation/reporting Team client management. . HSE Document/client management HSE audits & Inspection PTW management (permit to work). . People management, HSE Leadership. . Contractor/subcontractor management. . Issuing work permit where ever necessary and ensure safe handling. . Ordering, Issuing & maintaining record for PPE and other safety harness. . Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings or lecture-type training sessions. . Finding the best way to prevent future accidents. . Reviewing and reporting on the staffs compliance with health and safety rules. . Handling Administrative tasks from line manager. . Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety standards throughout the operation team and the entire establishment.. Patrolling & supervise the whole premises at regular interval in order to maintain safe operations. . To assist the superiors with any requested work support.
