Job Description

HSE Manager - LNGApply nowKey responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:

  • Coordinate with MM Group on implementation of HSE minimum requirements and procedures
  • Ensure that project Quality and HSE plans are effectively implemented by periodic site visit and
  • audits
  • Expert in carrying out HSE risk assessment and environment aspect impact analysis for construction sites and offices
  • Schedule regular and ad-hoc HSE audits; develop program audit within the organization
  • Produce, develop and deliver the Project HSEQ training and HSEQ orientation
  • Monitor environmental control activities including waste minimisation, and drive sustainability
  • initiatives
  • Development, implementation and monitoring of HSEQ procedures and policies
  • Coordinate incident investigations and reporting on outcomes
  • Develop a learning element to regularly update and educate staff on HSEQ initiatives
  • Prepare and Implement thorough audit program inclusive of ongoing construction
  • Ensure that all non-conformances generated during an External/Internal audit are closed out
  • Ability to deliver safety practices to ensure zero injury, zero risk, and zero harm
Candidate Specification
  • B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering from an accredited university with relevant experience in the oil/gas industry. Must have been in CONSULTANT?s organisation in similar position.
  • Must by fully conversant with international health, safety & environmental codes, standards, recommended practices and regulations and their application to similar projects.
  • He must have handled independently plot plan reviews, Hazop & Safety views and made significant contributions therein.
  • He shall have the expertise to deal with EPC deliverables like HSElA studies to be developed for the PROJECT and ensure that the facilities to be constructed will be safe to operate and maintain.
  • Knowledge of ADNOC COPs and local/owners safety
  • regulations, work permits, advanced safety audits will be essential to further verify that these are fully incorporation in the plant design.
