Key Responsibilities:Lead the establishment and maintenance of Jereh’s regional HSE Management System aligned with ISO 18000, ISO 45001, and API Q1 standards.Ensure full regulatory compliance with safety and environmental laws across UAE and other Middle East markets.Oversee risk management, contractor safety classification, and dynamic hazard assessment systems.Develop multilingual safety training (English, Urdu, Hindi, Chinese, etc.) and performance incentive programs.Manage incident reporting, root-cause analysis, and maintain a knowledge-based accident prevention database.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, supply chain, and admin teams to promote a culture of safety excellence.Build and monitor HSE KPIs, implement behavior-based safety programs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.RequirementsMaster’s degree or above in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 8 years’ experience in HSE management within large-scale manufacturing or industrial enterprises.Proven experience managing cross-national teams (China, India, Pakistan, UAE, etc.) with strong English communication; Arabic or Chinese proficiency is a plus.Familiar with API Q1, ASME, and Middle East local safety certifications.Holding international or regional Safety Engineer / Environmental Engineer certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP, or equivalent)Must have knowledge about equipment manufacturing industry safety system.
