Responsibilities:Develop and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on-site.Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are taken.Provide HSE training and awareness programs to staff and workers.Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards and regulations.Monitor and report HSE performance metrics.Promote a safety culture across the project site.Qualifications:Degree in Safety Management, Environmental Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as an HSE Manager in construction projects.Strong knowledge of UAE safety standards and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Relevant HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.).RTA Experience MandatoryRoads, Utilities & Bridge Experience
