Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s HSE policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with local UAE safety regulations and international standards.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.Lead incident investigations and develop preventive measures.Provide HSE training and awareness programs to staff and contractors.Report on HSE performance to senior management and regulatory authorities.Promote a culture of safety across all project sites and operations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in construction or infrastructure.UAE driving license and familiarity with UAE safety regulations.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor).
