Key Responsibilities: Develop and enforce HSE policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulations.Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and audits.Lead HSE training programs for staff and contractors.Monitor HSE performance metrics and prepare regular reports.Promote a safety culture across all levels of the organization.Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and client requirements.Coordinate emergency response planning and drills.Investigate accidents and incidents, recommending corrective actions.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.Proven experience as an HSE Manager in Oil & Gas EPC projects.Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and procedures.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent preferred.UAE experience is advantageous.
