Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain HSE policies in line with local regulations and international standardsConduct risk assessments and establish safety protocolsMonitor and enforce compliance with safety standards and regulationsLead incident investigations and implement corrective actionsConduct safety training and awareness programs for staff and subcontractorsPerform regular safety inspections and audits on-site and in the officeReport on HSE performance metrics to managementPromote a safety culture throughout the organizationRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related fieldProven experience as an HSE Manager in construction or contracting companiesStrong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO)Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skillsCertification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferredAbility to conduct training and safety audits effectively
