Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on villa construction sites.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.Identify potential hazards and provide proactive solutions to mitigate risks.Organize and conduct safety training programs for workers, supervisors, and subcontractors.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, preparing reports and implementing corrective actions.Ensure that all site operations are in line with environmental standards and best practices.Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to ensure HSE guidelines are followed.Maintain safety documentation, reports, and records in compliance with local regulations.Promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the team and ensure continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the UAE construction sector, with a strong focus on villa projects.In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards in the UAE construction industry.NEBOSH certification (International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety) or equivalent is preferred.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and training sessions.Experience with environmental management practices in construction.Proven track record in managing HSE programs for residential or villa projects.
