HSE ManagerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Develop and maintain HSE management systems per ADNOC standards•Lead and manage HSE teams and conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments•Coordinate with project teams to ensure HSE compliance and drive safety awareness•Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions•Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure continuous improvement in HSE performanceMinimum Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or HSE discipline•NEBOSH IGC or equivalent•15-20 years of relevant experience with prior ADNOC project approval•Strong knowledge of HSE legislative requirements and Safe Systems of Work
