Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Review and verify safety documentation, including permits, risk assessments, and method statements.Monitor safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE by all personnel.Report and investigate incidents and accidents, recommending corrective actions.Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks for site staff.Liaise with project management and subcontractors to promote safety best practices.Maintain accurate safety records and reports.Qualifications: Relevant diploma or certification in HSE (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, etc.).Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE inspection, preferably in construction projects.Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards.Excellent communication and observational skills.Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
