Implement HSE risk management processes, including hazard identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk reduction measures.Conduct risk assessments using qualitative, semi-quantitative, or quantitative methods to support decision-making for reducing risks associated with undesired events.Ensure systematic identification and consistent prevention and mitigation of risks to deliver sustainable business outcomes.Coordinate and work closely with Environment, Health, Technical, Operations, Projects and Development for Process Risk studies and coordinate with Enterprise Risk team to regularly communicate high-medium / high risks.Provide guidance on conducting hazard identification studies using structured techniques such as HAZID, HAZOP, Bowties and JSA.Identify and assess hazards that may arise throughout the life cycle of facilities operation, including causes that could lead to potential hazardous events resulting in undesirable consequences.Analyze risks by estimating potential consequences for identified hazards, estimating severity, likelihood of occurrence and calculating risk levels.Evaluate and screen hazards into categories such as Major Accident Hazards (MAH), Non-Major Accident Hazards, Significant Environmental Events, and High-Risk Occupational Health Hazards.Conduct Risk Reduction Workshops and document the outcomes in ALARP demonstration reports.Qualification and Experience:Bachelor?s degree in engineering.6 years of experience in HSE risk management within the oil and gas industry, with at least 3 years in a similar role.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
