Lead the development and implementation of project-specific HSE plans and procedures.Review and approve method statements and risk assessments (MSRA) for construction activities.Liaise with external authorities and clients on HSE matters when required.Analyze safety performance data and recommend improvements to management.Responsibilities :Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.Conduct regular safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments at construction sites.Support the implementation of safety programs, toolbox talks, and safety trainings for site staff and workers.Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety rules among employees and subcontractors.Participate in incident/accident investigations and prepare reports with corrective and preventive actions.Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and HSE documentation.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to promote a strong safety culture.RequirementsMinimum 8 years of HSE experience in UAE construction companies.Any Engineering graduation.NEBOSH certification is mandatory.Preferred: Arabic nationality.Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and construction site practices.
