Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures in alignment with local regulations and project requirements.Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site personnel.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.Coordinate with project management and subcontractors to ensure safety protocols are followed.Maintain documentation related to HSE activities, inspections, and audits.Monitor and report on HSE performance indicators and suggest improvements.Ensure proper use and maintenance of safety equipment and PPE.Stay updated with UAE safety regulations and industry best practices.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field.Master’s degree is a plus.15–20 years of experience in site supervision or HSE management within the construction industry.At least 5 years of hands-on experience working in the UAE.Proven experience in implementing HSE management systems on large-scale projects.Strong knowledge of UAE safety laws, regulations, and standards.
