  • Responsible for consulting the line management with regards to HR guidance and policies
  • Analyze the trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to create solutions and policies
  • Manage staff and their wellness as well as initiatives
  • Oversee recruitment activities and this includes Performance Management, Succession Planning, etc.
