Our client is a leading Company in theRetail Industry. They are now looking for a HR Service Assistant to join them.Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare Job Offer Contract from Ministry of Labor depending on the type of hire, i.e inside country, outside country, relative sponsored, temporary work permit etc.
Process tasks related to Mission visa and ensure all related jobs are performed in HR System.
Perform job offer typing activities in HR System and update the reference and expense in E-Smart
Check Visa quota status and amend it based on request from the HRBP
Manage tasks related to Nawakas by ensuring regular follow up with the requestor.

Preference:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. Including but not limited to Capex, IFRS 16 for Revenue recognition, IFRS 16 for leases, IFRS 9 and IAS 38.
Experience with SAP and other accounting systems. Experience with BI tools is plus (Tableau/Power BI) would an advantage.
