The ideal candidate must have strong experience hiring both white-collar and blue-collar positions across the UAE.Key Responsibilities– Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for all levels of staff– Source candidates through Gulf, Indeed, , Dubizzle, and other recruitment platforms– Conduct screening calls, shortlist profiles, and coordinate interview schedules– Maintain candidate pipelines, interview trackers, and recruitment dashboards– Support bulk hiring for blue-collar categories– Prepare job descriptions, job posts & recruitment reports– Coordinate onboarding, document collection, and joining formalities– Build strong relationships with agencies, manpower suppliers & internal departments– Ensure recruitment is aligned with company growth and manpower planningRequirements– Strong hiring experience in white-collar roles (Engineers, Supervisors, Admin, HR, Finance, Architects, etc.)– Experience in blue-collar recruitment (technicians, helpers, welders, fabricators, drivers, etc.)– Excellent communication & coordination skills– Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment tools– Ability to join immediately preferred
