Were recruiting an experienced HR & PRO Officer to support Gulf Closets’ HR operations and government-facing processes in Dubai. This role combines hands-on HR duties—such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management—with PRO responsibilities that require close coordination with UAE government portals and regulatory bodies. We’re looking for a reliable, well-organized professional who understands UAE labor law and can manage time-sensitive paperwork accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR):• Manage full-cycle recruitment: advertise roles, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and onboard new hires.• Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and personnel records with accuracy.• Track attendance, leave requests, and handle routine disciplinary documentation.• Implement and uphold company policies, and support performance management and employee relations matters.Public Relations Officer (PRO):• Process visas, renewals, cancellations and prepare labour contracts and related paperwork.• Liaise with relevant government entities (MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, and others) to submit and follow up on applications.• Use official government portals to apply for and monitor approvals, and keep all legal documentation current.• Ensure organizational compliance with UAE labour regulations and maintain an up-to-date filing system for legal documents.Requirements• Minimum 3 years’ UAE experience in HR and/or PRO functions.• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, visa processes and government procedures.• Fluent English and strong Arabic communication skills (spoken and written) are required.• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common HR systems.• Highly organized, responsible, and able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.What We Offer• A professional, supportive workplace with opportunities for career growth.• Competitive salary package (to be discussed based on experience).If you meet the above requirements and want to join a growing team, please apply through the section below.
