HR OfficerJob Details :• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.• Strong HR background with atleast 2+ years extensive experience in the UAE.• Wide knowledge of HR processes, procedures and UAE labor laws.• Previous experience in handling payroll of about 300-500 employees.• Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles and practices.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, Payroll systems) is a plus.• Excellent in communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees and management.• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.• Knowledge in Arabic both read, write and speak is an advantage.• Previous experience in Retail-Supermarket is a plus.
