We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The HR Officer will handle a variety of tasks including recruitment, employee relations, records management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.Key Responsibilities:Assist in recruitment efforts including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and leave.Support the execution of training and development programs.Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping records.Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.Assist in performance review cycles and documentation.Help maintain workplace compliance with labor laws and health & safety regulations.Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.Prepare HR-related reports such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and training outcomes.
