HR OfficerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.•Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment.•Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback.•Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.•Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure efficiency and compliance.•Manage the visa process for employees, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations.•Coordinate with government authorities for labor cards, immigration matters, and other PRO-related tasks.•Maintain accurate records of all employee documentation.•Provide support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.•Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.Qualifications:•Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.•Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with specific experience in PRO duties in the UAE.•Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.•Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
