Job Description

Location: DubaiJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in a property management firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing HR strategies, managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. This role requires a strong understanding of labor laws, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to support a growing team across multiple sites or properties.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding– Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for property management roles (e.g., facility managers, housekeeping, front office, security staff).– Post job advertisements, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks.– Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.– Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth integration of employees.2. Employee Relations– Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues promptly.– Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives across properties.– Maintain effective communication between field staff, property teams, and management.3. HR Operations & Administration– Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital).– Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team.– Ensure all HR documents (contracts, ID cards, policies) are up to date and compliant.4. Compliance & Policy Implementation– Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.– Support audits and inspections related to HR practices.– Implement and enforce company HR policies and procedures.5. Performance & Training– Assist in performance appraisal processes.– Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.– Support career path planning and succession planning initiatives.Qualifications & Skills:– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.– 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in real estate, facility management, or property services.– Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and statutory compliance.– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.– Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.– Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
