Hiring Alert! We are looking for a skilled HR Officer to manage and coordinate various HR and administrative tasks for our organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, employee management, and administrative support within a corporate environment.Key Responsibilities: Liaise with the PRO on all employment matters, including visa processing, labor card, and Emirates ID renewals. Coordinate all company travel arrangements; research and book flights, hotels, and rental cars according to company policies while ensuring cost-effectiveness. Create detailed travel itineraries aligned with approved travel requests. Manage insurance processes, including claims, card re-issuance, renewal, and cancellations. Maintain and update personnel records within the ERP Oracle system. Communicate with local and international recruitment agencies and applicants to meet the companys staffing needs. Liaise with outsourced manpower providers. Review attendance and related invoices. Prepare Purchase Requests & Receipt Traveler entries in ERP Oracle for administrative goods and services. Monitor staff attendance and activity records. Compile monthly overtime and attendance reports, assisting in payroll processing as needed.Requirements: Minimum 35 years of experience in a similar HR position.
