HR & Welfare duties and responsibilities:Leave, Resignation & Encashment and document processing.Maintaining Master Database and preparing monthly reports to HR Director.Coordinating investigation and warning letters Cross checking stopped-duty cases and updating HR DirectorCross checking Overstay employees and updating HR Director for further actionsMaintaining a register and follow-up for workmen’s compensation issues Employee grievance in terms of leave, resignationCoordinating with site coordinators for the successful implementation of HR policies and proceduresAlign with different Labour Standards pertaining to the Employee Welfare programs.Keeping abreast knowledge of Welfare standardsConducting exit interview.Payroll duties and responsibilities:Computation of benefits of employees including End of Service Gratuity (EOS), Leave Settlement, Leave & Ticket Encashment.Coordinating with Finance department regarding the benefits computation.Preparing Monthly Budgeting Report pertaining to settlements of employees going for Leave/cancellation.Checking monthly timesheets, calculating overtime hours and worked days.Preparing salary of the employees and entering these details to the payroll software.Responsible for assisting Payroll Specialist for payroll related tasks.Entering salary deductions and incentives.Entering Pay Cards and Bank account details to the payroll software.Retrieving pay slips and printing the same upon requests.Enrolling newly arrived employee details to the payroll software.Any additional assignments related to same field.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.3-5 years of related work experienceComputer / MS office software literacy.SALARY:Competitive salary will be offered.EMPLOYMENT TERM:Full TimeInterested applicants may share their CVs at hr@adaragroup.coDesired Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.3-5 years of related work experienceComputer / MS office software literacy.LocationView location mapSubscribe to our jobs newsletterYour UsernameYour E-Mail Address
