Job Position -HR OfficerCompany Name – Kokoro Change LtdLocation: DUBAI, UAESalary: AED8,000 – AED10,000 a month JobDescription: Looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage and support the full spectrum of HR operations across three group companies. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in UAE labor laws and HR best practices, capable of handling end-to-end HR functions—from visa processing to employee onboarding, payroll, exit formalities, and general HR administration.Key Responsibilities:– Oversee and coordinate day-to-day HR activities across three companies– Manage visa processing, renewals, and cancellations in line with UAE regulations– Facilitate seamless onboarding of new employees, ensuring proper documentation and orientation– Administer monthly payroll, including attendance records, overtime, and deductions– Execute offboarding processes, including final settlements, exit interviews, and visa cancellations – Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws– Track leave balances, monitor attendance, and handle HR documentation efficiently– Address employee queries and provide timely HR support– Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and proceduresRequirements:– Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably handling multiple business units– In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa, and immigration processes– Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills– Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities across different entities– Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications– High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail
